This 10 inch pleated sediment filter cartridge uses pleated membrane or nonwoven media enclosed by polypropylene structural components for media support and protection. PP, PES, PTFE, PVDF, nylon or polyester media can be selected according to filtration grade and fluid compatibility. The series covers fine-to-coarser particle retention, while 222/Flat SOE, 222/Fin, 226 and DOE configurations allow installation in corresponding cartridge housings. Published industrial pleated-cartridge specifications confirm PP support structures, multiple membrane choices, 222/226/DOE ends and approximately 60–69 mm cartridge diameters as established configurations.
Designed for sediment removal, clarification and prefiltration, the cartridge can be used with process water, RO pretreatment streams and other compatible industrial liquids before downstream equipment or finer filtration stages. The stated 0.1–200 μm range represents the available series rather than every media option, and allowable temperature and differential pressure depend on the selected construction. The configurable media, seals and end connections make the cartridge suitable for replacement programs, OEM equipment integration and industrial filtration solutions.
