Cylindrical SS304/316L wire mesh cartridge with a perforated inner support tube for screening particles from water, oils, fuels and compatible process fluids. The reusable metal element can be cleaned and supplied in custom dimensions and mesh ratings.
This cylindrical filter cartridge uses woven SS304 or SS316L wire mesh as the filtration layer and a perforated stainless steel tube as structural support. Unlike a pleated cartridge, its straight cylindrical mesh construction provides a robust screening surface for retaining suspended particles while allowing fluid to pass through the mesh and support openings. Filtration ratings from 5–300 μm can be selected according to the required mesh specification. Comparable industrial wire-mesh cartridges use the same woven-mesh and perforated-core construction for reusable filtration service.
The cleanable metal construction is suited to industrial water, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, paints and other compatible process fluids where a reusable element is preferred over disposable media. Depending on the captured contaminant, the cartridge can be cleaned by rinsing, backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning or compatible chemical cleaning. Diameter, length, mesh rating and end configuration can be adapted to equipment requirements, making it suitable for replacement elements and custom industrial filtration solutions.
