30 Inch PP Pleated Filter Cartridge with 222/Fin End

This 30 inch pleated filter cartridge uses polypropylene for the filtration media, core, cage and end caps. The pleated configuration provides substantially more filtration area than a plain cylindrical surface within the same cartridge diameter, helping retain suspended particles while maintaining practical flow through the element. A 30 inch length, approximately 65–68 mm outer diameter and 222/Fin SOE end configuration are consistent with established polypropylene pleated cartridge formats. Comparable PP cartridges are widely supplied in 30 inch lengths with 222/Fin, 226/Fin and other standard end styles.

Typical applications include prefiltration for water treatment, RO pretreatment, general industrial process liquids, selected chemical solutions and protection of downstream filtration equipment. Polypropylene pleated media is commonly used where a clean thermoplastic cartridge and fine particle retention are required. Published PP pleated cartridges commonly operate up to about 80°C, while allowable differential pressure decreases as temperature rises, so the 4 bar value should be treated as a design maximum rather than a guaranteed limit at 80°C. These characteristics make the cartridge suitable for industrial filtration solutions in water and process-liquid system.
