Sintered Porous PE Fragrance Disc for OEM Air Fresheners

Lvyuan product is a sintered porous polyethylene fragrance disc manufactured with an interconnected pore and capillary structure. Unlike a conventional filtration cartridge, its main function is to absorb, retain, transfer and gradually release perfume or fragrance liquids. The supplied images show solid discs, center-hole rings and multiple dimensional configurations, which are consistent with molded porous plastic fragrance components. Porous PE is widely used for fragrance-release and wicking applications because liquid can move through the internal pore network by capillary action.

The PE fragrance disc can be incorporated into air fresheners, aroma diffusers, deodorizing products and other fragrance-release assemblies. Diameter, thickness, center-hole geometry and overall shape can be adapted to the customer’s product design. For industrial filtration solutions and porous polymer component sourcing, it is more accurately classified as Sintered Porous Plastic rather than Filter Cartridge, PP Filter Cartridge or Medical Filters. Porous sintered polyethylene has also been documented as a carrier for absorbed fragrance and controlled fragrance release.
