Industrial Pleated Water Filter Cartridge for OEM Supply

This industrial pleated water filter cartridge uses pleated membrane or nonwoven filter media supported by a cylindrical polymer structure. Available media options include PP, PES, PTFE, PVDF, Nylon, polyester and glass fiber, with PP support components available depending on configuration. Pleated polypropylene cartridges from major industrial filtration manufacturers likewise use PP media/support structures and are commonly offered with DOE, 222 and 226 end configurations.

The cartridge series is designed for particle filtration and prefiltration of water and compatible industrial process liquids. Selectable filtration grades, lengths, end connections and seal options allow configuration for replacement elements, equipment integration and OEM industrial filtration solutions. The stated temperature and differential-pressure limits are appropriately separated because published pleated-cartridge data shows allowable differential pressure decreases as operating temperature rises.
