• Size – Make sure to get a housing that fits your filter size. Common sizes are 12x24x1, 16x25x1, 20x25x1 inches. Measure your current filter to find the right size.
• Material – Stainless steel is durable and easy to clean. Make sure it is 304 or 316 grade stainless for corrosion resistance.
• Seal – Look for a tight sealing gasket to prevent air leaks. Foam or rubber gaskets work well.
