O artigo centra-se na compara\u00e7\u00e3o das diferen\u00e7as de desempenho da ultrafiltra\u00e7\u00e3o, microfiltra\u00e7\u00e3o, nanofiltra\u00e7\u00e3o e outras tecnologias de separa\u00e7\u00e3o por membranas.<br>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<br>No mercado altamente competitivo dos produtos alimentares e bebidas, a qualidade e a seguran\u00e7a dos produtos s\u00e3o a pedra angular da sobreviv\u00eancia e do desenvolvimento das empresas.
