El cuerpo moldeado as\u00ed creado tiene poros continuos abiertos, cuyo tama\u00f1o y n\u00famero dependen de las condiciones de sinterizaci\u00f3n y del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas de pol\u00edmero seleccionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caracter\u00edsticas: Los elementos filtrantes de PE son compatibles con el medio ambiente. No producen residuos t\u00f3xicos en s\u00ed mismos y pueden lavarse y reutilizarse. No hay contaminaci\u00f3n del material de las fibras filtrantes como los elementos filtrantes de tela y cartucho. Distribuci\u00f3n uniforme del tama\u00f1o de los poros, fuerte resistencia a \u00e1cidos y \u00e1lcalis, resistencia a altas temperaturas, buenas propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y fuerte resistencia a disolventes org\u00e1nicos. La producci\u00f3n de equipos de tratamiento de agua a gran escala puede adoptar el m\u00e9todo de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria de retroceso autom\u00e1tico o manual, las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas se pueden recuperar mediante la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria seca, sin sustituci\u00f3n frecuente de los elementos filtrantes, funcionamiento y limpieza autom\u00e1ticos, bajo coste de filtraci\u00f3n
